Millard South High School has an opening for an ACP Paraprofessional position starting October 25, 2017.

Approximate hours of the position are 9:00AM - 3:00PM  on Mondays and 7:55AM - 3:10 PM Tuesday through Friday.

1. Support certified personnel by assisting with the academic instruction of individual or small groups of students to reinforce and follow-up learning: including accompanying students to general education classes, lunch, job sites, community outings and other supervision.
2. Assist with other classroom responsibilities: setting up learning stations, organizing and distributing materials, attendance, etc.
3. Assists students with personal hygiene needs: toileting, diapering, feeding, button G-tube feeding, etc. Places, lifts and positions students in standers or walkers as directed.
4. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
