Support certified personnel by assisting with the academic instruction of individual or small groups of students. Assist select students with eating and restroom needs. Reinforce social skills, documenting behavior and academic progress on goals and maintaining appropriate student on-task behavior.

8:15-3:45 M, T, Th, F (On days riding the bus 8:00 M-F)

8:15-2:30 W

Duties may include shared responsibilities of riding the bus daily in the morning and afterschool. This duty may be shared with other ACP paraprofessionals to offset daily bus rides. The paraprofessional will be required to meet the bus at Rockwell. Each morning on M-T at 8:00, the para will ride to pick up a student and return to Rockwell at 8:10. If riding the bus afterschool on M, T, Th, & F, the bus will return to Rockwell between 4:10/15 and at 2:40 on Wed.

After school each day, the paraprofessional will be required to ride the bus a very short distance from Rockwell with a student. The paraprofessional will be dropped off at Rockwell prior to the bus completing the remainder of the bus route.
