Disney Elementary is looking for an intervention paraprofessional to work approximately 25 hours per week.  The focus of the intervention will be mostly working with small groups of students on reading or math.  Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:55 am - 2:30 pm. We can be flexible with the schedule. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following qualities:

- Patience

- Flexibility

- Willing to learn different reading intervention programs and strategies

- Ability to organize data and plans

- Good communication skills

The position will post for at least one week before interviews are held.  There is an opportunity for additional hours on Wednesday.
