The Contact Tracer position serves as a non-licensed public health professional providing support to the Student Services/Human Resources departments in the fight against COVID-19.
Contact tracer responsibilities:

Evaluate COVID-19 exposure variables

Assist school administration with contacting every person diagnosed and/or exposed with COVID-19 by gathering contact information

Perform a symptom evaluation and refer individuals for isolation, quarantine, or testing in accordance with established protocols

Document all positives, close contacts, and self-monitoring individuals in accordance with Millard Public School's procedures.

This work shall be in conjunction with community-wide efforts to increase testing, improve communication, and implement isolation and quarantine.

Contract tracers are required to follow all designated scripts and comply with policies and procedures provided by Millard Public Schools (MPS) regarding confidentiality and data security for the handling of sensitive employee information and protected health information.

- Professional, positive attitude and work ethic
- Accurate and timely data entry via computer on google forms/sheets
- Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals
- Ability to show empathy to students, families and staff while maintaining privacy and confidentiality for staff and students
- Maintain contact with building and district supervisors
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Position will work from home: Temporary position - until May or longer if needed based on the Pandemic
Up to 40 hous per week.
Pay Range: $14 to $22 per hour
Qualifications:
1. Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience desired: • Previous office experience required. • Computer experience required. |
