Upchurch Elementary has an opening for a part time Resource Paraprofessional position. The position would include 17.5-20 hours per week, about 4 hours Monday-Friday.

1. Support certified personnel by assisting with the academic instruction of individual or small groups of students to reinforce and follow-up learning including accompanying students to general education classes and other supervision.
2. Assist with other classroom responsibilities: setting up learning stations, organizing and distributing materials, attendance, etc.
3. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
