Join our Rockwell Roadrunner team! Rockwell is looking for an energetic, positive, team player who loves working with students to serve as a Math Instructional Paraprofessional and Health Office back-up.

Math Intervention Paraprofessional Responsibilities:

Para will have strong math skills and work with students K-5, one-on-one and in small groups. 

Assist teacher in implementing math curriculum/lessons, proctoring & monitoring assessments.
Monitor math proficiency progress to adjust specific interventions & assist teacher in evaluating & modifying math goals.

Health Office Para Responsibilities:

Applicant will also be responsible for covering the health office for 35-40 minutes each day. Para will be trained by the school nurse and health office para on all aspect of the job responsibilities.

Dispensing student medications.

Managing student health plans that include diabetes, seizure disorders, and feeding tubes.

Parent phone calls related to health office visits.

Preferred hours (would consider flexibility):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday approximate hours, 8:15-4:00 pm
Wednesday approximate hours, 8:15-3:45

Paraprofessionals working in a Title building receive an additional .25 per hour stipend which is included in the $12.66 hourly rate.
