Millard Public Schools District Communications is seeking a team oriented staff member to join a high-energy, creative department. This part-time position is up to 20 hours per week during the school year and offers some flexibility in schedule. 

 

Essential Functions:

• Assisting with maintaining records and lists
• Managing special programs and honors
• Assisting with employee events
• Managing basic billing and receipts  

Qualifications: 

• Education Level:  High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensure:  n/a
  
• Experience desired:  
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheets. Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks, and the Google suite of tools preferred. 
• Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and by email
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask projects
• Other requirements:  The district communications department is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will need to be a team player and flexible.
