Norris Elementary is looking for a caring, dependable, and student-centered paraprofessional to join our amazing resource team!  The paraprofessional will provide academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and executive functioning support throughout the school day.  The paraprofessional will implements strategies and supports outlined by special education teachers, in small group and classroom settings.

 

The ideal candidate:

• Builds strong, trusting, and respectful relationships with students and staff.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to meeting the individual needs of students.
• Maintains a calm, supportive, and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and successful.

 

Schedule:

M,T,Th,F- 8:30-3:30

W- 8:30-2:30
